A whole-home renovation that opened a dated plan to the garden and rebuilt the kitchen around how the family cooks.

The house had good bones and a plan from another era: small rooms facing the best light, and a kitchen working in a corner. The renovation opened the main floor to the garden and rebuilt the kitchen around how the family actually cooks.

We managed the renovation as well as the design, so the sequence never stalled. Trades worked from our drawings, decisions were made on site the day they were needed, and the family moved back into a house that finally matches its lot.
