A contemporary custom home where the millwork, stone and lighting were specified as one package from a single set of in-house drawings.

A contemporary custom home where every material decision was made once, early, and specified as one package: the walnut cabinetry, the stone, the lighting and the hardware were scheduled in the drawings before pricing, so nothing was substituted in a hurry later.

The builder worked from our construction documents and told us they were the clearest set he had seen in years. That is the quiet advantage of drafting in-house: the person who drew the wall knows why it moved.
