When you contact us, book a call or subscribe, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, city, and what you tell us about your project. Our website also collects standard analytics data such as pages visited and general location, using Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, run our engagements, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our booking, email, payments and analytics tools.
Service providers
Bookings run on Cal.com, payments for paid consultations are processed by Stripe through Cal.com, email is delivered by Resend, our lead records are stored with Supabase, and our site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes only what it needs to perform its service.
Retention
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations in British Columbia, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Under BC's Personal Information Protection Act you may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask us to delete it. Email info@completehomedesign.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
