Four phases, one studio
drawn like a sheet set, run like a schedule.
Every project moves through the same four phases: Discover, Advise, Design, Execute. Each phase has named deliverables and a timeline, so you always know what you are getting and when.
Discover
WEEK 1We walk the space, listen to how you live and set the budget honestly before anything is drawn. Discovery ends with both sides knowing whether the project is real.
- Site visit and measurements
- Scope outline
- Budget frame
- Fee proposal
Advise
WEEKS 2 TO 3You receive a clear direction: layout options, a palette direction and a realistic scope you can commit to. This is where big decisions get cheap, because they are still on paper.
- Layout options
- Concept palette
- Preliminary schedule
- Decision list
Design
WEEKS 3 TO 10, SCOPE DEPENDENTEvery surface is specified and every drawing is drafted in-house. Materials are selected as one package, and the documents leave no room for interpretation on site.
- Design development
- Material and finish specifications
- Permit drawings where required
- Construction documents
Execute
CONSTRUCTION PERIODWe coordinate trades and installation until the last handle is on. Site questions come to us, weekly summaries go to you, and the room you approved is the room you get.
- Trade coordination
- Site reviews at milestones
- Weekly progress summaries
- Furniture installation and styling
phase one starts with a phone call.
Begin the discovery
A discovery call is free and takes twenty minutes. Tell us about the house, the timeline and the budget, and we will tell you honestly what we would do with it.
