Forty-one townhomes with finish palettes and show home interiors designed to sell, coordinated with the developer's construction schedule.

Forty-one townhomes in Langley, designed for two audiences at once: the buyers walking through the show home, and the site team building the other forty units from our finish schedules.

We delivered the colour schemes and finish packages against the developer's construction calendar, locked selections early so trades could order ahead, and furnished a show home that gave the sales team something worth photographing.
